Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Beginning Monday, January 9th, you can apply for LIHEAP’s help with your winter heating bills from your electric or gas utility company. Arkansas offers this program in order to make heating your home more affordable. This assistance will be available until funds are completely expended or until April 30th, whichever comes first.
Important Note: To apply for LIHEAP benefits, you must contact the community-based organization that serves the county in which you live.
